Returns Policy:

In order to make a return, you must contact customer service to receive a return authorization number. In order to return a product for refund, the product must be returned in the original packaging unopened. Products that have been opened are not refundable.  Returns are subject to a minimum 15% restock fee and the original free ground shipping will be deducted from the order.
